Shipping & Returns.

Every piece ships insured. Smaller works (Accessory series) ship free across Canada and the US. Larger works are charged by weight and dimensions at checkout, fully insured door to door.

Each piece is packed by hand in the studio — double-boxed, suspended, and photographed before sealing. You receive tracking the day it leaves Winnipeg. Most pieces ship within one week of purchase.

If a piece arrives damaged, photograph the box and the piece within 48 hours and email artist@seanphilips.com — we will make it right with a repair, replacement credit, or full refund. Wabi-sabi is a philosophy, not an excuse: damage in transit is our responsibility, not yours.

Because every piece is one of one, we do not offer change-of-mind returns. If you are unsure about scale or color, email before you buy — photos against a tape measure, video walk-arounds, whatever you need to be certain.
