Phomopsis #3
A one-of-a-kind sculptural vessel, hewn from ant-killed olive wood and carved to honour both decay and resilience. On one face, a sunburst ripple, nature’s accidental mandala. On the other, a nest of darkened voids, where fungus and insect have left their mark. The contrast is deliberate: light and shadow, bloom and blight, presence and absence.
This is not just a vase. It’s a story, polished to a warm, silent glow.
